What you will do

• Lead the product vision and execution for the casino vertical across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Manage the game portfolio by collaborating with third-party providers to ensure a competitive and fresh offering.
• Prioritize the product roadmap based on player behavior, data analytics, and market trends.
• Work closely with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to deliver scalable and technically sound features.
• Optimize user flows, promotional mechanics, and loyalty drivers to enhance player engagement and retention.
• Ensure all product features meet regulatory requirements and support responsible gambling standards.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in product, UX, casino operations, or digital project management, preferably in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of online casino player behavior and game navigation.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and manage backlogs.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect UX, performance, and compliance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
• Must be able to work from the Chiswick office 3 days per week.
