Location: Hybrid role, must be based in or able to commute to the Chiswick office (London, UK) 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Lead the product vision and execution for the casino vertical across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Manage the game portfolio by collaborating with third-party providers to ensure a competitive and fresh offering.
- Prioritize the product roadmap based on player behavior, data analytics, and market trends.
- Work closely with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to deliver scalable and technically sound features.
- Optimize user flows, promotional mechanics, and loyalty drivers to enhance player engagement and retention.
- Ensure all product features meet regulatory requirements and support responsible gambling standards.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in product, UX, casino operations, or digital project management, preferably in iGaming.
- Strong understanding of online casino player behavior and game navigation.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and manage backlogs.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect UX, performance, and compliance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
- Must be able to work from the Chiswick office 3 days per week.

- Experience with gamification tools and loyalty programs in a gaming context.
