Technical Product Manager (iGaming)

TL;DR

Technical Product Manager (iGaming): Owning the authentication and access surface, including login, MFA, and B2B APIs, with an accent on balancing conversion, security, and compliance. Focus on implementing OAuth 2.1/OIDC, session security, and integrating AI-driven risk scoring and adaptive MFA.

Location: Malta (St Julian's). Relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for authentication and access.
• Manage the discovery-to-delivery lifecycle for login, MFA, biometric/passwordless auth, and account recovery.
• Develop PRDs and user stories using AI copilots for documentation and competitive analysis.
• Instrument and monitor key metrics such as login success rates, MFA abandon rates, and auth latency.
• Collaborate with UX/Design to optimize secure and low-friction user flows.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Fraud, and Security teams to prioritize and reconcile requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a (Technical) Product Manager using Scrum/Agile delivery.
• Strong understanding of SOA/microservices, RESTful API design, and OAuth/OIDC.
• Proficiency in authentication, MFA, and session management concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AI/agentic tools in product management.
• Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
