Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to London, UK or Munich, Germany. Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of AI Deployment Engineers.
• Define the engagement strategy and operating model for Codex deployment efforts.
• Guide teams in designing and implementing AI-enhanced development workflows and automations.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer implementations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Research teams to align customer outcomes with product roadmaps.
• Establish repeatable deployment playbooks and technical patterns for scaled adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as deployment engineering or solutions architecture.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams, including hiring and mentoring.
• Experience deploying Generative AI, developer platforms, or cloud-based software solutions into production.
• Hands-on technical experience with software development systems and languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles and AI tooling.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
