What you will do

• Develop and validate analytics proof-of-concepts (POCs) and custom use cases for strategic clients.
• Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and BigQuery to surface insights for new solutions.
• Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments to drive measurable improvements in marketing performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, including reporting discrepancies and data pipeline bugs.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and BI teams to co-develop technical solutions for market needs.
• Support the Revenue team in RFPs by recommending appropriate solutions and contributing to responses.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, product management, or technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and data libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex query writing and performance optimization.
• Analytical and statistical reasoning skills, including experience with significance testing and regression analysis.
• Proven track record of managing operationally complex projects within cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
