hirify.global Live Commercial Intern (Live Shopping): Support scaling hirify.global Live by building a seller lead pipeline, onboarding new sellers, and enabling growth through seller analytics and guidance. Focus on qualifying and activating high-potential leads across Europe and creating a frictionless pre- and post-Live seller experience while learning category characteristics with experts.

What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and develop leads for hirify.global Live via online monitoring, calls, emails, and collaboration with sales representatives and experts
• Activate high-potential sellers and onboard them to hirify.global Live, educating them on how to sell successfully on Live auctions
• Facilitate a frictionless pre- and post-Live experience for new sellers
• Support growth planning for onboarded sellers in sync with internal stakeholders, using seller analytics and insights
• Build educational content for the hirify.global Live Seller Academy to help sellers maximize sales through Live auctions

Requirements

• Bachelor/HBO or master student in Business or related studies
• Enrolled at an educational institution in the Netherlands for the entire internship duration
• Prior working experience (e.g., internship or other working experience)
• Strong commercial mindset and communication skills
• Fluent English and fluent in one other European language (e.g., Dutch, Italian, French, German, or Spanish)
• Familiar with G Suite tools (Google Sheets, Slides)
