What you will do

• Coordinate RMA services, logistics, and shipment arrangements with customers.
• Perform routine service tasks including repairing, calibration, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot test stations, fixtures, and applications in a lab environment.
• Maintain and calibrate capital-intensive test equipment.
• Ensure accurate service data integrity within the company database.
• Handle mechanical assembly, disassembly, and debugging of minor mechanical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on electronics experience (e.g., technician, engineer, or lab work).
• Experience with RF Test equipment (Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Power Meter, Spectrum Analyzer, RF Signal Generator).
• Strong troubleshooting, failure analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• English: Good verbal and written proficiency required.
• Ability to work in a hands-on lab environment and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Nice to have

• Optical test experience and equipment knowledge.
• Ability to speak Chinese.
