What you will do

• Develop test programs on Advantest (93k EXAScale) and Teradyne (UflexPlus) tester platforms.
• Design tester hardware for high-speed testing and create detailed test plans and methodologies.
• Collaborate with DFT/DFM teams to define and enhance yield and test methodologies.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation environments to ATE format.
• Lead test flow optimization, test time reduction, and the release of production test programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 6+ years of test program development experience on the Advantest 93K ATE tester platform.
• 4+ years of experience in ATE testing, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Proficiency with C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux environment.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
