What you will do
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, repair, and preventive maintenance of complex equipment.
- Provide technical training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Manage site activities, including troubleshooting and crisis management to ensure system performance.
- Maintain proactive communication with account teams and management regarding customer support plans.
- Submit timely reports on field maintenance, time, expenses, and inventory billing.
- Adhere to safety protocols and manage assigned company assets effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electronics, robotics, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in field service support.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 35%) for domestic or international assignments.
