What you will do

• Create and maintain project plans while monitoring overall progression.
• Coordinate project deliverables according to the defined scope.
• Review and monitor project financials, track expenses, and manage invoice requests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, participants, and vendors.
• Support the delivery of work, including logistics, platforms, and output management.
• Assist Project Managers on larger, complex global engagements.

Requirements

• German: C1/C2 fluency required.
• English: C1 fluency required.
• 2-4 years of experience in project or account management.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is highly preferred.

• Experience with project management tools or SAP.
