What you will do

• Coordinate and align strategic projects and key initiatives with the management team.
• Track project progress and support project owners with strategic advice and decision-making tools.
• Contribute to strategy development, including market outlooks, portfolio gap analysis, and M&A target identification.
• Prepare high-level documentation for the hirify.global Group executive board.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement the overall business area strategy.
• Act as a sparring partner for complex strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or industry with multi-project management.
• Fluency in German and English (verbal and written).
• Experience in life sciences or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
