What you will do

• Plan and track research and technology development programs from initiation through execution.
• Partner with scientists and technical leaders to define execution plans, resource requirements, and success criteria.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and shared technical resources including laboratory infrastructure and fabrication activities.
• Align research directions with corporate business priorities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaborations with external partners such as universities, national laboratories, and industry consortia.
• Develop program documentation, including project plans, decision logs, and executive updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting scientific research, advanced technology development, or engineering programs.
• Proven ability to develop project plans and coordinate stakeholders in dynamic, technical environments.
• Strong ability to influence highly technical stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Location: Must be based in Burnaby, Canada

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in physics, math, engineering, or computer science.
• Experience in quantum computing, AI/ML, or semiconductor technologies.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
