What you will do

• Lead all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage backlogs, prioritize user stories, and define acceptance criteria in collaboration with team leads.
• Track delivery metrics such as capacity, velocity, and throughput to improve predictability and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across security, legal, compliance, and platform governance reviews.
• Manage CMS access, role architecture, and operational web platform processes.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve planning, documentation, and overall workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Delivery Manager.
• Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe.
• Experience supporting web, digital experience, UX/UI, MarTech, or content management teams.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience using Asana, Jira, and Confluence for project management.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise websites or large-scale digital experiences.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web publishing platforms.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve project management and automation.
• Experience operating in a remote-first or global organization.
