What you will do
- Lead annual and multi-year operating planning and the company-wide OKR process end-to-end.
- Define and manage company KPIs, using AI tools to automate reporting and provide real-time visibility into data trends.
- Design and run operating cadences for Co-CEOs and the senior leadership team, including Board meeting materials and narratives.
- Direct high-priority cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution across functional silos.
- Optimize the management operating system to eliminate inefficiencies and improve company-wide execution.
Requirements
- 12+ years in business operations, strategic operations, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth technology companies.
- Proven track record of building company-wide operating systems, including OKRs and performance management.
- Strong financial fluency, including LRP/annual planning cycles and unit economics.
- Experience leading through major organizational inflection points such as rapid scaling or post-IPO phases.
- Must be based in the US.
- AI-native approach to operational automation and efficiency.

- Background in management consulting or investment banking.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B software, or marketing technology.
