What you will do

• Lead business operations and market launches across multiple countries.
• Manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners.
• Oversee entity incorporation, office setup, and local payroll implementation.
• Manage external vendors and service providers.
• Support recruiting operations, including recruiter onboarding and hiring activities.
• Plan and execute company events, offsites, and operational logistics.

Requirements

• Experience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or similar roles.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions.
• High ownership and ability to drive execution independently.
