TL;DR
Managing Director (AI/Cloud): Leading the strategic, commercial, and operational success of in South Korea with an accent on the launch of the Sovereign Cloud offering. Focus on driving customer acquisition, managing in-country P&L, and building strategic relationships with government and enterprise stakeholders.
Location: Must be based in South Korea (on the ground)

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery and operational execution of the Sovereign Cloud offering in-country.
- Own in-country P&L, ensuring strong governance, financial performance, and operational excellence.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with senior government officials and enterprise C-suite executives.
- Partner with global CRO, COO, and CTO to align local operations and commercial growth with the global roadmap.
- Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing local team aligned with the company's mission and values.
- Oversee data center and infrastructure operations to ensure resilience, efficiency, and SLA compliance.
Requirements
- Proven C-level leadership experience within technology, cloud infrastructure, data centers, or AI/ML sectors.
- Strong track record of engaging senior government officials and enterprise C-suite executives in South Korea.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning and growing P&L and sales pipelines.
- Technological fluency in high-performance computing, cloud services, or data center management.
- Fluency in Korean and English required.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed global leadership model.
