Salary: $91,000 – $193,000 (varies by location)

What you will do
- Build and maintain a demand generation roadmap and prioritization framework to drive business impact.
- Execute integrated campaigns across paid, organic, email, and partner channels.
- Manage end-to-end lead generation strategy, including defining ideal customer profiles (ICP) and MQL-to-SQL handoff processes.
- Develop multi-channel email programs to nurture contacts and move prospects through the funnel.
- Leverage AI tools and marketing automation platforms to improve execution speed and operational rigor.
- Define, track, and report on core KPIs to drive campaign success and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 8–10 years of experience leading and managing B2B demand generation campaigns.
- 6+ years of experience managing end-to-end B2B campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Experience managing budgets, pacing, and performance reporting for complex campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills across paid media, SEO, and social channels.
- 1–2 years of people management experience.
