What you will do

• Manage machine and system performance for wheel loaders, including simulation and analysis.
• Collaborate with integration and system teams to define technical requirements and validate control strategies.
• Develop and maintain machine models (CLINK/Dynasty) to provide performance improvement recommendations.
• Lead complex performance analysis to identify trends, competitive gaps, and technical issues.
• Maintain and update master machine specifications, ensuring high data accuracy.
• Communicate technical information effectively across internal engineering teams, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Qingdao, China and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Strong background in embedded systems and control strategy development.
• Experience in product development, NPI processes, and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in performance simulation, data analysis, and product testing methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
