What you will do

• Develop and drive maintenance planning and scheduling actions to support plant operations.
• Ensure 100% compliance with scheduled preventive maintenance activities and work order management.
• Manage and control maintenance costs while ensuring accurate data entry and reporting within the CMMS system.
• Implement and maintain predictive maintenance tools such as thermography, oil analysis, and vibration analysis.
• Lead and coach the maintenance planning team to ensure equipment operates within technical specifications.
• Monitor potential failure curves and make critical decisions to prevent unexpected equipment stops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in maintenance or engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Strong background in Lean, Zero Loss, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
