What you will do

• Develop project scope to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Coordinate resources across sales, marketing, product development, and manufacturing functions.
• Oversee project progress and costs, communicating status with stakeholders and resolving issues.
• Direct project staffing and motivate team members for professional development.
• Design and develop new products, technologies, or services from concept through to production.

Requirements

• Degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of project management strategies and team building techniques.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis tools, methods, and techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems in a manufacturing or product development environment.
• Must be available to work onsite in Qingdao five days a week.
