What you will do
- Execute a world-class customer experience using internal tools and defined processes.
- Create and manage Success Plans, including milestones, business reviews, and contact cadences.
- Drive high ROI and accelerate product adoption for enterprise customers.
- Manage escalated customer satisfaction issues and facilitate timely resolutions.
- Cross-collaborate with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Renewals teams.
- Advocate for customers by reporting feature requests and ensuring product feedback is addressed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Management.
- Proven experience in developing success plans and monitoring customer health scoring.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in tracking actions, resolving issues, and de-escalating customer concerns.
Nice to have
- Experience with products.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, or FinancialForce PSA.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
