What you will do

  • Execute a world-class customer experience using internal tools and defined processes.
  • Create and manage Success Plans, including milestones, business reviews, and contact cadences.
  • Drive high ROI and accelerate product adoption for enterprise customers.
  • Manage escalated customer satisfaction issues and facilitate timely resolutions.
  • Cross-collaborate with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Renewals teams.
  • Advocate for customers by reporting feature requests and ensuring product feedback is addressed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Management.
  • Proven experience in developing success plans and monitoring customer health scoring.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in tracking actions, resolving issues, and de-escalating customer concerns.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global products.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, or FinancialForce PSA.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
