What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and enable a team of Enterprise CSMs focused on renewals and expansion.
- Build and execute an account-specific relationship framework including success plans and business reviews.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to act as the voice of the customer.
- Protect existing revenue streams and identify new growth opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Assess client health and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks and prevent churn.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and promote internal advocacy.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Proven experience leading and scaling customer success or account management teams in a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of SaaS products and HR tech knowledge.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite communication.
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Gainsight or Tableau for health metrics and trend analysis.
- Fluency in English is required.
Nice to have
- Additional EMEA languages such as German, French, or Spanish.
- Experience with AI and automation tools for productivity and account research.
- Background in HR platforms like ATS, HRIS, or payroll.
