What you will do

• Manage legal entity controller responsibilities across the monthly closing process.
• Monitor intercompany relationships, general ledger and sub-ledger breaks, revenue and expense sharing, funding arrangements, accruals, provisions, and balance classifications.
• Prepare quarterly financial information for inclusion in consolidated financial statements filed with the SEC.
• Analyze legal entity regulatory capital requirements and prepare accurate regulatory reporting.
• Prepare standalone entity financial information and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Collaborate with Product Controllers, Funding Controllers, Corporate Treasury, Legal, Tax, Regulatory, Market Risk, and Credit Risk on reporting inquiries and workflow changes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting and/or finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft software applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Demonstrated energy, focus, drive, and sense of urgency, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
