SDET (Python Automation, Kubernetes): Owning the end-to-end quality of the hirify.global Kubernetes Platform with an accent on system performance, scalability, and reliability testing. Focus on developing complex automation frameworks in Python, simulating customer workloads, and ensuring high availability for enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid (requires 3 days per week in office). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary: $148,000–$296,400 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for the hirify.global Kubernetes Platform and Prism services.
• Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Python.
• Implement API, CLI, and GUI test interfaces to simulate end-to-end functional and non-functional workflows.
• Conduct stress, scale, and performance testing to validate infrastructure dependability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and simulate complex scenarios via mock services.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution to maintain software integrity.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python for test automation.
• Proven experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices.
• Experience in debugging system-level issues including CPU, Memory, Network, and Storage.
• Experience in testing cloud-based applications and enterprise software.

Nice to have

• CKA or CKAD certification.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure services.
• Experience with Postman and JMeter.
