What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of new customers from post-sale through successful go-live.
  • Design and execute tailored onboarding plans aligned with specific customer goals.
  • Guide customers through platform setup, configuration, and performance optimization.
  • Provide proactive 1:1 support on technical and strategic topics.
  • Monitor onboarding health metrics to identify risks and ensure milestone completion.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation roles.
  • Fluent French and English proficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with CRM or customer success tools like Salesforce or Gainsight.

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketing technology, email/SMS platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Background in advising customers on marketing strategies or campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or performance optimization.
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve communication.
