What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of new customers from post-sale through successful go-live.
- Design and execute tailored onboarding plans aligned with specific customer goals.
- Guide customers through platform setup, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Provide proactive 1:1 support on technical and strategic topics.
- Monitor onboarding health metrics to identify risks and ensure milestone completion.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation roles.
- Fluent French and English proficiency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with CRM or customer success tools like Salesforce or Gainsight.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketing technology, email/SMS platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems.
- Background in advising customers on marketing strategies or campaign execution.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or performance optimization.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve communication.
