What you will do

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects for Enterprise customers as the primary point of contact.
• Manage onboarding plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful activation.
• Support complex SMB implementations and act as an escalation point for technical blockers.
• Continuously improve onboarding workflows, playbooks, and automation opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to surface friction points and improve the customer journey.
• Develop deep expertise in payment ecosystems like Stripe, Shopify, and PayPal to advise merchants on best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience managing Enterprise or strategic customer implementations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Technical aptitude to understand integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both operational and executive stakeholders.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on driving projects to completion.
