What you will do
- Lead onboarding and implementation projects for Enterprise customers as the primary point of contact.
- Manage onboarding plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful activation.
- Support complex SMB implementations and act as an escalation point for technical blockers.
- Continuously improve onboarding workflows, playbooks, and automation opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to surface friction points and improve the customer journey.
- Develop deep expertise in payment ecosystems like Stripe, Shopify, and PayPal to advise merchants on best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Implementation, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing Enterprise or strategic customer implementations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Technical aptitude to understand integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both operational and executive stakeholders.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on driving projects to completion.
