Manager, Account Management (SaaS): Leading a team of Account Managers to drive retention, growth, and product adoption within a high-velocity SaaS environment with an accent on process scaling and AI-first workflow design. Focus on building data-driven strategies, optimizing expansion funnels, and fostering a high-performing, customer-centric culture.

Location: Hybrid role with a minimum of two days per week in the office in Toronto or Vancouver.

Salary: $113,500 – $170,300 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of Team Leads and Account Managers.
  • Design and scale outreach strategies, playbooks, and account management workflows.
  • Deploy AI-driven solutions to improve team efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Manage revenue-focused metrics, including retention forecasting and expansion pipeline health.
  • Oversee complex customer escalations and serve as a primary point of contact for major issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CRM usage and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience leading individual contributors.
  • Proven experience scaling teams and workflows in a high-velocity SaaS environment.
  • Experience building and deploying AI-driven Customer Success workflows.
  • Strong background in revenue-focused fundamentals (Sales or Customer Success).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Toronto or Vancouver.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Fintech or Scaled Success.
  • Experience with Customer Success tools like ChurnZero.
  • Track record in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.
