What you will do

• Execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on complex production systems to maximize availability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot off-normal conditions in mechanical, electrical, and control systems using technical manuals.
• Perform hands-on repairs, component replacements, and system upgrades on unique equipment.
• Maintain detailed logs of maintenance actions, system performance, and component history for engineering review.
• Uphold a culture of safety and strict procedural compliance across all operational tasks.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude (pumps, valves, compressors, fluid systems) OR electrical aptitude (power distribution, control systems).
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and maintenance procedures.
• Experience as a qualified operator or technician in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied positions (climbing, kneeling, etc.).

Nice to have

• Technical degree or professional certification.
• Experience with lasers, vacuum systems, or high-pressure systems.
• Completion of the Naval Nuclear Power School, Prototype, and a sea tour.
