What you will do

• Embed with high-complexity client accounts to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI systems.
• Conduct deep discovery to map workflows, identify friction, and understand technical and organizational landscapes.
• Build production-grade agentic systems, including multi-step workflows, tool-calling architectures, and evaluation frameworks.
• Navigate complexity involving legacy systems, undocumented infrastructure, and compliance requirements.
• Develop deployment playbooks to standardize and scale subsequent AI implementations.
• Partner with the Solutions Engineering team to refine architectural standards and tooling.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or consulting within high-stakes environments.
• Proven experience building and deploying agentic AI systems into actual production (beyond PoCs).
• Deep fluency in AI deployment patterns, including prompt engineering, agent orchestration, observability, and guardrails.
• Strong integration and API skills for working with messy or undocumented environments.
• Outstanding communication skills for interfacing with both front-line staff and CTOs.
• Must be based in the US (AL Remote) and capable of meaningful in-person travel to client sites.
