What you will do

  • Lead discovery sessions to translate enterprise requirements into scalable Agentic AI architectures.
  • Design end-to-end AI agent workflows including reasoning flows, tool usage, and guardrails.
  • Own the complete deployment lifecycle from kickoff through production launch and continuous optimization.
  • Define integration strategies across CRMs, ticketing platforms, and third-party APIs.
  • Partner with QA teams to define test plans, validate agent behavior, and establish success metrics.
  • Act as a strategic technical advisor for CX, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6–12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Delivery, or Technical Program Management.
  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise software deployments and customer implementations.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, system architecture, data flows, and distributed systems.
  • Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Conversational AI, LLM-based systems, or Prompt Engineering.
  • Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and workflow orchestration.
  • Background in BFSI, telecom, hospitality, retail, or healthcare industries.
  • Experience with CRM or contact center technologies.
