What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions to translate enterprise requirements into scalable Agentic AI architectures.
- Design end-to-end AI agent workflows including reasoning flows, tool usage, and guardrails.
- Own the complete deployment lifecycle from kickoff through production launch and continuous optimization.
- Define integration strategies across CRMs, ticketing platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Partner with QA teams to define test plans, validate agent behavior, and establish success metrics.
- Act as a strategic technical advisor for CX, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Delivery, or Technical Program Management.
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise software deployments and customer implementations.
- Deep understanding of APIs, system architecture, data flows, and distributed systems.
- Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Conversational AI, LLM-based systems, or Prompt Engineering.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and workflow orchestration.
- Background in BFSI, telecom, hospitality, retail, or healthcare industries.
- Experience with CRM or contact center technologies.
