What you will do

• Extend programming toolkits by implementing new scientific and technical features for bespoke customer solutions.
• Enhance virtual screening platforms including OMEGA, ROCS, and OEDocking.
• Collaborate with ML experts to build scalable models for data-driven decision-making.
• Validate methodologies through retrospective and prospective projects with internal and external collaborators.
• Optimize compound design workflows within the Orion project team.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent experience in computational chemistry, cheminformatics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of computational chemistry approaches such as docking, virtual screening, and molecular modeling.
• Programming expertise in C++ and/or Python.
• Experience or strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenEye software and toolkits.
• Knowledge of synthetically accessible, pharmaceutically relevant generative chemistry.
