What you will do

• Execute and contribute to the design of behavioral and sensory studies regarding olfactory and flavor perception.
• Prepare samples and conduct sensory evaluations with high precision and adherence to protocols.
• Recruit, screen, and manage sensory panelists using digital platforms.
• Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment such as olfactometers.
• Maintain laboratory operations, documentation, and inventory.
• Assist with data organization, visualization, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work in Princeton, NJ.
• At least 1+ year of relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience with experimental design, behavioral research, or sensory testing.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a technical team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis tools such as R or Python.
