What you will do

• Manage and maintain product catalogs across CMS (Sitefinity) and PIM (Salsify) systems.
• Execute and QA email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
• Monitor digital performance and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics to derive actionable insights.
• Implement UX and SEO optimizations to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve technical website issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital operations, website management, or eCommerce.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Sitefinity preferred).
• Familiarity with PIM (Salsify) and DAM (Bynder) platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX, SEO, and web analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital media, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience managing and tracking QR code campaigns.
