Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA. Role offers a flexible, hybrid working schedule.

Salary: $250,000–$300,000 per year.

What you will do

• Supervise operations for pilots and series from development to final delivery.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and financial projections.
• Hire and manage key production personnel, including EICs and Line Producers.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure smooth production processes.
• Maintain and grow international production reach while identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global policies, including editorial guidelines, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Unscripted Production Executive experience.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality content on schedule and within budget.
• Extensive experience with Movie Magic Budgeting and Cost Reporting.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a multi-platform environment.
• Deep understanding of media industry trends, global tax incentives, and production service agreements.
• Ability to work concurrently on multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment.
