Salary: $25.00–$33.00 per hour

What you will do
- Deliver timely technical support for hardware, software, and identity access issues.
- Manage and document support tickets using the ITIL ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot end-user hardware, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to restore services and perform root cause analysis.
- Create and maintain support documentation and team procedures.
- Provide rotating evening and weekend support as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and applications.
- Experience supporting mobile devices including iPhone and Android models.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
- Commitment to a training and development plan involving certification exams.
