What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex electrical VDC projects for high-profile clients.
• Manage and mentor VDC Engineers and detailers across a global team.
• Coordinate BIM updates and perform clash detection to ensure seamless installation.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to drive project excellence and repeat business.
• Develop and lead internal training sessions on electrical coordination best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a similar discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in BIM and VDC implementation and support.
• 3+ years of experience specifically working for an electrical trade contractor.
• Proven experience managing a team of detailers or VDC Engineers.
• Must have valid US work authorization.
• Ability to work flexible hours to coordinate with project teams in other time zones.

Nice to have

• Field construction experience.
• Experience with project administration, including budgeting, invoicing, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of other building systems (foundations, fire protection, specialty systems).
• Track record of effectively managing remote teams.
