National Sales Manager - Corporate (Hospitality): Building and managing hirify.global in-market sales efforts to achieve financial goals for assigned market in DC/MD/VA with an accent on maximizing revenue across Rooms, Food and Beverage, and meeting room rentals. Focus on driving sales growth through prospecting, contract negotiation, site inspections, and personally leading large account opportunities while ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.

What you will do

  • Solicit and book programs to maximize revenue for Rooms, Food and Beverage, and meeting room rentals.
  • Finalize client contracts and negotiate/understand contract language.
  • Conduct prospecting calls, complete pre- and post-trip reports (including expense reports) on time, and meet individual/team booking goals.
  • Lead and close large account sales opportunities to gain market share and increase brand-driven demand.
  • Arrange and conduct site inspections for meeting planners and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with property operations and act as a support network for sales people in the region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling hospitality to a diverse set of customers.
  • Established customer base.
  • Extensive experience managing an in-market sales force working remotely.
  • Track record of consistent performance and accountability using multiple sales approaches for complex sales.
  • Excellent oral, written, verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to travel and be available for long hours, flexible working hours, and weekends/holidays.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of prior hotel meeting sales experience.
  • BA/BS degree.
