What you will do
- Own relationships with strategic enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Renew and expand revenue across the customer portfolio, focusing on growth and retention metrics.
- Help business owners identify, design, and implement process changes so becomes seamless in their business.
- Analyze performance, troubleshoot client challenges, and design creative solutions to obstacles.
- Set performance goals with clients and act as a thought leader for the team and company.
- Lead customer onsite meetings and deliver business reviews with favorable results; travel up to 40% annually.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience.
- Ability to identify and communicate customer ROI and business value.
- Strong net retention performance and experience contributing to revenue and engagement metrics.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to think at scale while balancing customer experience outcomes.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt new products into customers’ business strategies.
