What you will do

• Design and implement scalable ML systems and services for production environments.
• Develop, evaluate, and optimize models to solve real business problems.
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines including data processing, feature engineering, and deployment.
• Establish robust monitoring, observability, and model-performance tracking.
• Partner with product, data science, and engineering teams to define and ship ML solutions.
• Drive architecture decisions for ML infrastructure and mentor engineers on best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software or ML engineering.
• Strong experience deploying and operating ML systems in production.
• Solid proficiency in Python and software engineering practices.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and data-intensive applications.
• Evidence-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and able to work in a hybrid capacity in SF or NYC.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps platforms and automated model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of cloud-native ML architectures and distributed training.
