What you will do

• Design, code, train, and deploy neural networks for production use cases at scale, ensuring high throughput and uptime.
• Develop novel, accurate, and performant ML algorithms while conducting metric-driven research experiments.
• Build and maintain scalable, performant backend code and highly-available distributed systems/microservices.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with other teams and contribute to defining the strategic product roadmap.
• Mentor and onboard ML engineers while improving overall engineering standards, tooling, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience building web applications.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Expertise in Python and shell scripting for data analysis.
• Subject matter expertise in at least one focus area: Computer Vision or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Proven experience implementing highly-available distributed systems and scalable backend APIs.
