What you will do

• Lead the research, design, and implementation of advanced ML, Deep Learning, and Time Series Forecasting models for enterprise planning.
• Architect GenAI solutions, focusing on fine-tuning proprietary and open-source LLMs via Transformer architectures.
• Design and integrate Conversational AI and autonomous Agentic AI workflows to automate complex planning tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to transition AI prototypes into scalable production systems.
• Serve as a core subject matter expert, mentoring cross-functional teams and driving technical excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Extensive professional engineering experience in AI, ML, or related domains.
• Deep technical understanding of Transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent frameworks.
• Practical experience fine-tuning LLMs using techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, and RLHF.
• Strong MLOps and LLMOps practices to ensure reliable and monitorable deployments.
• High proficiency in Python and modern software development (CI/CD, testing, code reviews).
• Hands-on experience with Time Series Forecasting algorithms.

Nice to have

• Background in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or Data Science.
• Experience with scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Background in forecasting, planning, or analytics applications.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or similar enterprise planning platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for AI.
