What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable ML systems, including low-level design (LLD), API design, and data modeling.
• Own end-to-end delivery of ML features from problem framing and data sourcing to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous business problems into clear ML-driven solutions.
• Drive operational excellence through improved observability, security, and experimentation best practices.
• Mentor other engineers and data practitioners via technical design reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions into real-world products to improve business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python or Java with deep understanding of software engineering and ML fundamentals.
• Experience with microservice architectures and large-scale data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience operating and monitoring ML workflows in production environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume, low-latency prediction workloads or large-scale batch inference.
• Proven track record of implementing CI/CD for models, feature stores, or model registries.
• Familiarity with distributed training frameworks and inference optimization techniques.
