What you will do

• Support medical record audits to verify coding accuracy and compliant claims submission.
• Develop audit methodologies using Excel and PowerPoint to track and trend findings.
• Analyze transactional and financial data to identify coding problems and recommend improvements.
• Monitor government compliance and enforcement activity in high-risk areas.
• Contribute to the development of expert reports and client presentations.
• Participate in business development and staff training initiatives.

Requirements

• 4-year undergraduate degree (BS/BA).
• 0 to 2 years of experience with a demonstrated interest in healthcare provider billing and coding compliance.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
