What you will do

• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Define future-state technology architecture for the Inspection segment.
• Drive improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial effectiveness.
• Track ROI, adoption, and value realization of technology initiatives.
• Develop business cases to support strategic investment decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage the technology portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, BI, and integrations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI).
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and rapidly prototype solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
