What you will do

• Design and automate multi-cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS to reduce operational toil.
• Develop golden paths and guardrails to accelerate developer velocity and standardize deployment pipelines.
• Own and improve internal tooling, observability (Datadog), and monitoring to reduce MTTR.
• Implement security best practices for IAM, secrets management, and container security.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Security teams to meet industry standards.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise with GCP, AWS, Terraform, and Terragrunt.
• Strong background in building CI/CD pipelines and modern observability ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, network architecture, and IAM.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Backend coding experience, primarily with TypeScript.
• Background supporting machine learning, model serving, or data-intensive workloads.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, HITRUST).
