TL;DR
RFP Specialist (SaaS): Managing end-to-end proposal operations and delivering RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires for the Americas region with an accent on content library management and cross-functional coordination. Focus on translating complex technical product functionality into compelling business value to increase win rates.
Location: Hybrid (USA). Must be based in the Americas region; requires in-office collaboration for 10+ days per month.
Salary: $92,000 — $115,000 USD (Annual Base for IL)

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, and ITQ response workflows, including project tracking, formatting, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop targeted proposal responses by leveraging library content and collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Continuously update and expand the response library to reflect evolving product functionality and market dynamics.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure comprehensive responses.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders to align proposals with regional go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in proposal management or RFP response within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to create compelling value messages.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical products and translate them into business value.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
- Must be based in the Americas region to support hybrid office collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience in treasury, financial services, or enterprise SaaS software environments.
- Proficiency with Loopio or similar RFP software platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for opportunity tracking.
- Background in technical writing, competitive intelligence, or product marketing.
