What you will do

• Design, write, and execute test cases across web and mobile platforms for assigned product lines.
• Create and maintain release test plans to ensure coverage is intentional, traceable, and well-communicated.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to identify risks and prioritize testing for maximum impact.
• Validate integration quality between Helm CONNECT and third-party systems, specifically SAP S4 Hana ERP.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate test case generation, defect triage, and regression analysis.
• Document new features clearly, translating technical changes into accessible language for the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software testing experience with a strong grasp of QA best practices in an agile-scrum environment.
• Proven experience in manual, integration, and API testing.
• Solid understanding of Git fundamentals, including branching strategies and pull requests.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Must be based in British Columbia, Canada.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the maritime industry.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright.
• Experience with platforms like BrowserStack for desktop and mobile testing.
• Experience with ERP integration testing (SAP S4 Hana preferred).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate QA workflows and the ability to critically evaluate AI output.
