What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Specialists, managing workload planning, prioritization, and delivery.
• Integrate into Agile software development teams to provide test estimates and validate features in each iteration.
• Define and execute manual and automated test coverage for Salesforce, NetSuite, and other cloud-based systems.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, and Product leaders to triage and resolve system defects.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and lead scalability and load testing efforts.
• Drive improvements in testing methodologies, internal quality tools, and software development processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Quality Specialists or QA Engineers through software project delivery.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in automated test design, execution, and maintenance.
• Expertise in planning and executing testing efforts specifically on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong proficiency in functional, integration, and REST API testing using tools like Postman.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous delivery best practices.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Montreal HQ office.
