What you will do
- Work directly with enterprise and strategic accounts to secure more favorable terms while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify decision makers and develop renegotiation strategy.
- Drive win-win retention by improving margins through creative sales approaches and deal structuring.
- Build a playbook for upsell opportunities, including analytics, pricing, proposal templates, and baseline strategy.
- Communicate progress, successes, and roadblocks to the Corporate Sales Manager to stay on track for monthly goals.
- Serve as a liaison between key customers and internal teams; propose solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B selling into strategic or high-profile accounts.
- Proven ability to interface with senior leaders with strong negotiation and relationship skills.
- Ability to balance internal and external stakeholder needs.
- Resilience in overcoming objections and obstacles with openness to feedback and continuous self-improvement.
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization, prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
