Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $202,000 - $237,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies for hockey clients.
- Identify and secure new brand endorsements, marketing deals, and media opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the Marketing and Client Servicing team to ensure high-quality execution.
- Build and maintain a robust network of brands, agencies, CMOs, and media partners.
- Collaborate with On-Ice Agents to integrate marketing initiatives into overall client strategy.
- Stay ahead of market trends and emerging platforms to maximize client visibility.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sports marketing, athlete marketing, or talent representation.
- Proven track record in partnership development, complex negotiations, and client servicing.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing professional teams.
- Established network across brands, agencies, and the sports marketing industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hockey industry knowledge is preferred.
