Salary: $20.60–$34.60 hourly (depending on location)

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly via phone, email, and chat.
  • Master ShowingTime products and services to provide effective assistance.
  • Document cases accurately and manage pending tasks efficiently.
  • Meet established performance and productivity metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external support teams to ensure service delivery.
  • Promote additional products and services to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service or a similar role.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong background in de-escalating calls and resolving blocking issues.
  • Basic digital literacy and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking capabilities.
